Testimonials of Travellers with World Sport Fishing Although Sturgeon was our main quarry on arrival, its not surprising how easy it was to be swayed into the Salmon fishing. As well as catching lots of big Sturgeon, we also caught Pink and Sockeye Salmon up to 7.00 plus, Chum to 25.00 plus, and Chinook to 35.00 plus.
In all honest Richard, this trip has been the best foreign trip I have
ever experienced and I have travelled far and wide in search of weird
and wonderful species over the years. Both Bob and I will be returning
in 2007 when the Pinks run again. Once again mate, Thank You!"
In terms of feedback for the BC trip, all I can say is that it was fantastic - the best holiday of my life! Not only did I catch some amazing fish including 2 sturgeon over 300lb (up to 350lb - 8' 2" long!) but I also caught numerous fish in the 150 - 200lb class and more besides. I aslo had a great time with the Pink Salmon on the fly and managed to hook into a Halibut and some Coho Salmon whilst on Vancouver Island. In addition to the fishing we had a great time Sea Kayaking on Vancouver Island, White Water Kayaking on the Chilliwack river and Mountain Biking from the top of a mountain in Whistler. Vancouver City was a great place to visit as well. I must give big thank you to Richard Sheard for all his hard work and exemplary organisation. Everything was like clockwork. Tom Collingridge
Cabos, Mexico Arriving in Cabos after midnight, we checked in to the Mar De Cortez with a little trepidation. We were quite unsure about the hotel! It certainly was not the Hilton. However next morning with sunlight and a bit of heat, we were absolutely delighted with the hotel. It was exactly what we required. It provided a great base to fish from. needless to say the hotel staff were wonderful !, and we would not have changed hotels for anything.
Pisces Fleet were also wonderfull. We had loads of fish each day, Tuna
( to 50 lb.), Dorado (to around 50lb) , Rooster (to around 30lb). I
lost ( thru my own stupidity, I might add) a Wahoo of unknown size (but
it felt BIG!). The Marlin were thin on the ground all week. But on the last day John boated one at around 10 a.m. Mine came on the very last moment before the boat returned to harbour at around 5mins to one ! Both fish were 180 to 200 lbs. Not large by Marlin standards, but more than ample to give us the thrill of playing large fish. Needless to say, we are both over the moon!!!

Just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for organising a fantastic
holiday. It was my partners 50th and I wanted to organise a special
holiday.. We did one day boat and one day beach fishing and the thrill of the experience was fantastic - even for a girlie! And I would have never have believed him about the one that got away unless I was there! The hotel was fantastic, food great, beach out of this world and the people were so welcoming and friendly. We even fitted in a couple of excursions... Recommend the lazy boat tour, cheap booze, great food and very relaxing. We can not believe that such places are only 5 hours flight away. We definitely will be going again soon.
Kenya Hi Rob, Just thought I would take time to say what a great holiday Jill and I had at Hemingways.We did not know what to expect when we arrived but immediately started to unwind in the stunning location. The staff were great as was the fishing and the safari. We cannot wait to get back there again next year. Thanks for a truly wonderful holiday.
