SAFARI PRICE
Prices are per person in pounds sterling. They cover your arrival, departure and transfers to and from Aswan airport (or an Aswan hotel) on any day of the week.

We will meet you at the airport or the hotel and then transfer you directly to the safari start point. At the end of the safari we will transfer you from the lake to the Aswan airport or a hotel.

Most anglers will spend the night before the safari starts in either Cairo or Luxor, before taking the early morning flight to Aswan. See Getting To Lake Nasser.

LAKE NASSER SAFARI 2006 Prices

This safari is designed for anglers who would like to come on their own or with a friend and then join in the atmosphere of a sociable camp with other anglers. Anglers who would like to book a single place on a safari are very welcome; we will guarantee your place and find you a partner to fish with.

The safari unit is made of two or three fishing boats, supported by a supply boat (mother ship) that acts as a mobile camp and rest area. The supply boats are well equipped with built-in kitchen, toilet, shower and large iceboxes to keep food and drinks cold.

The Lake Nasser Safari starts every Tuesday and ends on a Sunday and you can come on a safari for as many weeks as you want.

The safari prices listed above are per person and include the Arrival & Departure Package. If you plan to make your own arrangements to reach Aswan then deduct £110 from the safari cost below and £55 for a single room supplement.

An experienced English speaking fishing guide captains each fishing boats. Our fishing boats have been designed to provide an ideal fishing platform as well as having comfortable on board facilities.
Each boat has two bunks - each with full-size single mattress. This area also provides spacious daytime seating. At night the cabin can be enclosed by canvas, providing a cozy sheltered sleeping area. Each boat cabin has a 12v lighting system.
Many anglers enjoy the unique and peaceful experience of sleeping under the desert stars on the wind-protected upper deck.
Most people are pleasantly surprised at the standard of food on safari. The style of cooking is a blend of western taste merged with Nubian cuisine, which is superb, so if you are planning on losing weight then think again!

NUBIAN SAFARI 2006 Prices

A Nubian safari can start and end on any day of the year and can last for as long as is required which is ideal for anglers who would like to have the flexibility of deciding exactly how long they want to stay on a fishing safari. You can be on safari for one night or for as long as you want.

This safari offers a degree of independence which many anglers prefer. This safari is ideal for two anglers or a small group of friends who enjoy fishing together and would like to set out and explore the lake, at their own pace, on a fishing adventure which has few equals anywhere. A supply boat, fitted with a toilet and shower, carries the requirements for a comfortable camp. A cook and his helpers will take care of cooking great meals and keeping the beer and soft drinks cold.
The minimum number of anglers needed to operate a Nubian safari is two in one boat. We suggest there should not be more than three fishing boats.

The cost of this safari does not include the Arrival and Departure Package. If you would like to include the Arrival & Departure Package the cost is an additional £110 and £55 for a single room supplement.
The price table is based on the cost per person for each day or part of a day spent on the lake.
The shortest available safari is for two days and one night.

ABU SIMBEL SAFARI 2006 Prices

It is difficult to comprehend the sheer size of Lake Nasser, with an area of 2,000 square miles and a shore line of some 4,500 miles; this lake is the size of an English county! Because of the long distances we have been content to fish the top two thirds of the lake while the bottom third still remains relatively unexplored. We have now allocated three fishing boats and one supply boats (mother ship) to operating safaris between Garf Hussein and Abu Simbel on a few selected dates.

This new itinerary involves approximately 4 days exploring areas which have seldom been fished by us before. The current IGFA (International Game Fishing Association) all tackle world record, a Nile perch of 230lb, was caught by one of our American anglers in this area south of Amada.
An added bonus, on this safari, is a visit to the temples of Abu Simbel which are among the most magnificent monuments in the world.
