IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT
Lake Nasser is a controlled area and as such we have to apply
for permission for each angler who comes on a safari. To get
this permission we need a photocopy of your passport; information
pages only the visa pages are not required. Please be sure
to photocopy or scan and e-mail or fax this information when
you make a booking. If the passport photocopies have not been
received within 14 days of the departure date we might not
be able to get your permission in time.

One day fishing trips we need the passport copy one day before
the trip.
HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING
- Please contact us to confirm availability. We will then
email you a Booking Form and a Destination Manual.
- To confirm a booking a deposit of £ 150 per person
is required. This deposit will be deducted from the final
payment.
- Full payment is required to confirm a One-Day Fishing
Trip.
- A reservation will be held for three weeks after the
booking date. If no deposit is paid during this time the
boats booked will be put back on offer to other anglers.
- Payments can be made by cheque or by bank transfer into
the account listed below.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
- The deposit is not refundable if you cancel.
- Balance of payment is due four weeks before the safari
start date.
- There will be no refund of payment within four weeks
of arrival. We suggest insurance is taken out to cover against
the eventuality of having to cancel.
- We will refund the balance of payment within four weeks
of arrival if the reason for cancelling is not covered by
travel insurance. For example civil strife or war where
accredited authorities advise against travel.
INSURANCE
It is a condition of joining a safari that you have travel
insurance with comprehensive medical cover. These safaris
come under the category of 'adventure travel' (similar to
trekking, water sports, mountaineering etc.) You therefore
need to take out an insurance package specifically designed
for this type of trip.
DESTINATION GUIDE
It is important that you are fully briefed as to what to expect
on a boat safari. On request or when you make a booking we
will send you our Destination Guide, which will give you more
detailed information about our safaris.
HOW TO PAY FOR THE SAFARI
Please make payment by cheque or bank transfer to the address.
