Cairo or Luxor is five to six hours flying time from
most major airports in Europe and then there are regular
connecting flights to Aswan.
The cost of the safari does not include the flight

The price of a safari is divided into three parts.
- The flight to Egypt and then on to Aswan.
- The Arrival & Departure Package, which covers
your arrival in either Cairo or Luxor. The package
provides all assistance at airports, transfers and
two nights in a four star hotel at the start and end
of the safari.
- The price of the safari, which includes transfers
to and from Aswan airport (or hotel) to the safari
start point.
Most international flights to Egypt arrive in the
evening when there are no onward connecting flights
to Aswan. This means a night has to be spent in either
Cairo or Luxor before travelling on to Aswan early the
next day.
